DE at 5.5 percent: about 116,900 CZK equivalent (verivox.de Autokredit band 5 to 7 percent, promos from 0.99 percent VW Bank). The posted German monthly figure of about 255 EUR is assembled from a DE private-lease floor of 193 EUR/mo on leasingkostencheck.de (insurance not included) plus a Vollkasko band of about 620 to 750 EUR/yr, about 60 EUR/mo, on autokostencheck.de. German BEV road tax is treated as zero until 2030. Charging and tyres are not in that sum unless a named offer says so. The Czech contrast uses an operating-lease floor of about 10,750 CZK/mo incl. VAT with insurance and road tax included on naoperak.cz. The loan-interest comparison uses about 9 percent APR in Czechia against about 5.5 percent in Germany on an 800,000 CZK, 60-month, zero-deposit example.

Critical context

The July offer is a snapshot on one date. Private lease rates on this model changed after 30 Jul 2026. See the September 2026 basis addendum below.

Caveat: German lease rates from January 2026 may already include the new EV subsidy, which applies to private leases. Czech private buyers have no equivalent.

leasingmarkt.de cheapest Essence 60 at 373 EUR, 48 months, 10,000 km, delivery March 2027 (page dated 7 Sep). Aggregators quote "from 264 to 265 EUR". Not on the July basis above (193 + insurance ≈ 255).
